Direct sales & leases from the developer are handled through its real estate company, Spotted Dog Properties, LLC.  With units built as recently as 2014, a variety of sizes and options are offered including:

  • 18’ x 45’

  • 24' x 50' (some with floor drains)

  • 24' x 55' (with rear windows)

  • 27' x 55' (with rear windows)

  • 30' x 55' (with rear windows)

    (All units except the 18’ unit include sewer and water connections)

 

Leases require a minimum 12-month term with rent reductions when signing for 24 months or longer.  Association fees and property taxes are covered, leaving gas usage as the only additional expense.

Also offered are leases with an option to purchase at a pre-established price at any time during your lease term.  These come with a program where, after accounting for  expenses (association fees, property taxes, etc), your remaining paid rent is credited toward the purchase price.
